Those parents with elementary and middle school aged kids will have probably heard of the television show, That’s So Raven. This fun live action show is great for the kids and approved by lots of parents. So, you’ll have no problem finding plenty of party supplies to get a That's So Raven themed party going.
This party is for the kids so you can have all the fun kid stuff at the party that you want and the guests will love you for it. In addition to That’s So Raven paper goods like tablecloths, cups, plates, and napkins you’ll need wall hangings, party favors, food, entertainment and various decorative accents.
Wall hangings can be posters from the That’s so Raven show. The added benefit of this is that your kids can keep the posters up in their rooms after the party ends. You can also order wall murals to paste up on the walls. There may not be any themed after That’s So Raven but you can add a mural with party imagery, such as a room full of guests, a mural that shows people at a disco party or you can just add something nice like a magical forest scene.

That’s So Raven is a popular Disney sitcom, even in its reruns, so a tween’s birthday party might have this theme and cake for a fun party.
Because of her experimental nature, it might be fun to take a simple cake, like a carrot cake, and add an unusual frosting to it. Orange cream frosting, for example, might be a nice change from the regular cream cheese frosting that is usually used.
To top it off, the Raven catch phrase, “Yes, That’s Me!” can be written in cake decorating gel on the top of the cake.
Raven has some supernatural abilities, and this may be difficult to use on a cake, but tricking the guests by using various food coloring might be fun. For instance, a white cake can be made any color, and guests will expect it to taste like something else besides a plain white cake. The color of the filling, whether custard or whipped cream, can be changed, too, just for fun. Try making the white cake blue, and the custard pink. Then frost the entire cake with white frosting that has been mixed with green food coloring. It will still be delicious, but the guests will have a surprise that makes them smile.
