Sesame Street Abby Cadabby PARTY CRAFT IDEAS

Kids everywhere grow up on Sesame Street. They all have their favorite character such as Abby Cadabby from this popular show. Kids of all ages enjoy not only watching it but also doing Sesame Street crafts that they can have hours of fun with. The crafts are not hard to do and it gives each child the chance to be creative.

Here are the materials you will need for this fun and easy Sesame Street craft.

• Sesame Street character template (You can find these templates online or draw them yourself.)
• Toilet paper tube
• Crayons
• Glue or glue stick
• Scissors
• Construction paper (optional)

The first thing you need to do is to print out the template of the character that you will be making. The characters that you can choose from are Abby Cadabby, Elmo, Big Bird, Cookie Monster, Bert, Ernie and Oscar. There are templates for each of these Sesame Street Characters online. You can print out the template on regular paper, and then have the kid’s color it or you can print it out on the color of construction paper for the character that you are using.

The next step is to cut out the template. You will then want to glue the large rectangular piece of the template onto the toilet paper tube so that it covers the whole tube. Then you will glue on the head, legs and arms of the Sesame Street character. If there are any extra parts from the template you will then glue them on. For example, if you are doing the Elmo craft, you will need to glue on the ice cream cone that comes with the template or whatever comes with the template.

Now each kid has their own Sesame Street character that they can be proud of because they made them. They will also have hours of fun playing with their new craft or just putting it somewhere that they can look at it. Kids everywhere will love these crafts.
