Rock and Roll's Tajine
Tajine, oh my is so yummy at Rachel's party her theme was Rock and Roll, her sister made Tajine for everyone and it was so good it brought out my appetite instantly
.
some olive oil
some butter
500 g of chopped lamb ( no bones)
1 onion
1 piece of fresh ginger root ( about 2,5 x 2,5 cm )
1 piece of cinnamon (about 5 cm )
a touch of saffron ( just for the colour )
200 g of dried fruits (pick any combination you like, tutti-frutti
always works fine combined with French dried prumes)
25 g of sesame seed
salt and freshly grinded black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Fry meat, onion and seasoning until the meat turns brown (you can either squeeze the ginger in a garlic-squeezer or something, or you can smash it and add the whole thing).
Put meat and onion in a North-african cooking-pot (forgot its name, but an ordinary stewpot will do just as fine).
Add water to a level that just covers the meat, put the lid on the pot, and stew for about 1 hour.
Add dried fruits, and stew for another 30 minutes.
Roast sesame seed in a grill or dry frying pan till it's brown.
Remove the cinnamon and cover the dish with the roasted sesame seed. This recipe is really a good one to have at all times in the kitchen it has much flavor and it can really fill one up along with providing great flavor and spice.

| NOT TO THE POINT: The Rock and Roll leader asks the High School Musical players different questions. The player who is asked a question must give an answer which is not related to the question. The leader, for example, asks: "Do you like our party?" and the player answers "I went to the cinema" etc. The player who answers this question "yes" or "no" or "I don't know" pays the forfeit. The game is played at a rapid rate. If the player doesn't answer the question while the leader counts "one, two, three", he/she pays the fine. The leader mustn't ask the same person more than 3 questions in a row. The leader tries to confuse the players c.f. The leader asks: "Do you like our party?" The player answers: "The weather is bad". The leader provokes him/her asking: "Is the weather bad?" The player answer "yes". As it is against the rules, the player must pay a fine (or fulfill the leader's task). Lots more

High School Musical to Rock n Roll
Basic fast food items are a great addition to your Rock and Roll party or even a 50s Sock Hop. That will also be a hit with your High School Musical crowd. Serve up a variety of your favorite junk food items from pizza to tacos for the guests. You can also make up some s’mores for the guest’s dessert. Appetizers are yummy ways to keep the guests fed. You can serve up some stuffed mushrooms, tater tots, jalapeño poppers and cheese and crackers.
Chips and Dip is a simple addition to the buffet table. You can also serve up some stromboli for the guests, because it’s easier to carry around than pizza slices. Dessert for this classic event is root beer floats on the house for every one!
Stuffed Mushrooms
A Rock and Roll party treat such as this doesn’t have to be hard to make. You’ll need the following ingredients: 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 4-6 strips of bacon, fried and crumbled; reserve fat, 1 small onion, finely chopped, 20-25 large mushrooms, stems removed, and 8 mushroom stems, finely chopped.
Start by sautéing the onion and mushroom stems in bacon fat until they are tender. Drain the excess fat. Mix together the crumbled bacon, onion, stems and softened cream cheese together. Stuff each mushroom and bake it at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. To make them golden brown, turn on the broiler and leave on until they are done.
You can serve these stuffed mushrooms up with a ranch dip or bbq sauce for the dipping.
