You can write the guests' names on a separate tag or sew appliqués for each guest directly on the bags, then they can take the bags home as their own special party favors. You’ll also need a wooden box around three by four feet with a circular hole cut in it. This will serve as your goal for the guests to throw their bags into at the nineties party games.
